Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours (subject to availability).
Goods are sent out either 1st or 2nd class registered post and a signature will be required on receipt. (Goods cannot be left in a safe place without a signature.)
We are unable to specify a delivery time so it may be more convenient to give a work address.
Deliveries are made between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Import Duty
If your order is being delivered outside of the EU then you will not be charged VAT but you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
If your order has not arrived within 5 days please get in touch. We will be able to track your order for you.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order, for any reason, at any time up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods. The easiest way is our online form: Cancel / withdraw from your order - you'll receive email confirmation straight away.
If your order hasn't been despatched yet, we'll simply cancel it and refund you in full. If it's already on its way to you, we'll refund the cost of your items in full once they're back with us — though as your parcel will already have started its journey, we're unable to refund the original postage, and the cost of posting the items back to us is yours too.
Returns Policy
You can return any product that you are not happy with to us within 14 days of receipt. (Please get proof of postage.)
Return postage is at your own cost, so we recommend using a tracked or signed-for service.
Please ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged during return transit. You're welcome to reuse the original packaging if you still have it, but you don't need to.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods and we will advise you — we'll put that right at no cost to you, of course.
